But if you&#039;ve got migraines (also should be diagnosed) or just &#039;the usual&#039; type of stress-related and/or diet related, these hints are good. Especially the drink water one (from my own experience). Dehydration can definitely cause a headache.</description>

Please note, I am writing this from my wife&#039;s hospital room where she is recovering from meningitis - the symptoms of which were a severe headache accompanied by nausea.</description>
