There are many places you can choose to do your work-outs; gyms, health clubs, outdoors, home. The possibilities are endless. Now that the weather is finally warm there is another option to consider, the pool. Water is a great place to do your work-out. You can perform most of your usual cardio and toning workouts right in the water. You could also join a class and start a new exercise program.

The order you perform your exercises in may not seem very important. But it could be depending on what your fitness goals are. In general, the exercises that you perform first will be the most effective. These are the exercises that you are able to give your all performing. The exercises you do next will be a little less precise in form due to fatigue and therefore less effective.

The experts are always debating over the best way to do just about everything. So how are you supposed to know which method is most effective. If the experts cannot come to a definitive conclusion, how are you supposed to figure it out? The best rule of thumb seems to be trial and error.
