· Use light mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise on your sandwiches. One tablespoon of mayonnaise contains 100 calories and 11grams of fat. One tablespoon of Hellmans light mayo has only 45 calories and 4.5g of fat.

· Use mustard instead of mayo on your sandwiches. Most mustards have 0 calories and 0 fat grams. It just might be worth it.

· Use 2% or skim milk instead of whole milk. Doctors actually recommend whole milk to patients trying to gain weight.

· Exchange ‘regular’ drinks for diet drinks. Diet drinks significantly reduce calories, if not eliminate them.

· Drink Propel water instead of Vitamin water. Propel only has 30 calories per container while Vitamin water has 125 calories per container.

· Replace a granola bar with a Special K bar. Granola bars can have over 200 calories per bar while Special K bars are only 90 calories each.

· Eat plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit instead of yogurt with fruit on the bottom.

· Use light salad dressing on your salad. The taste isn’t much different.

· Try fat free sour cream

· Eat salsa with tortilla chips instead of potato chips and creamy dips.

· Bake your buffalo wings instead of frying them.

· Skip the cream cheese on your toast or bagels. Use apple butter instead.

· Eat low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt. If you really want ice cream, eat a single serving of Breyers. Avoid bar ice creams like Reeses, Dove, and Klondike.

· Eat skinless chicken
