What are the benefits of Breakfast?

We all know that breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day.

But many of us ignore this morsel of wisdom. Some people are too busy to eat in the morning. Some people aren’t hungry. And others think that if they skip breakfast, they will be that much closer to achieving their dieting goals. In fact, the opposite is true. Skipping breakfast can lead to overeating throughout the day.
